Bred by Sid and Jenny Craig, Sticky Candy is a son of multiple G1 stakes winner Candy Ride, out of a half sister to multiple G1 winner River Keen.

Sticky Candy recently won for Coast Racing at Golden Gate Fields, but was unfortunately claimed out of the race. While this hard trying gelding had struggled on the Southern California circuit, he really seemed to flourish after moving north.

We'll all miss the good natured and aptly named Sticky Candy around the barn. The team at Coast Racing will always remember how much fun they had with Sticky Candy and his beloved his peppermints. We wish Sticky Candy and his new connections all the best.
